The mission of the Baltimore Museum of Industry is to interpret the diverse and significant human stories behind labor and innovation in Baltimore, cultivating a sense of belonging and inspiring visitors to think critically about the intersection of work and society.
Health Care for the Homeless (HCH) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a $30 million annual operating budget and a staff of 200+ clinicians, social workers, and practitioners serving over 10,000 patients and clients each year across five locations. Established more than thirty years ago as a national model, our data-driven mission is to end homelessness
National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved (NHIT) equips communities with data, technology, and AI for real-world solutions. Purpose-driven, we pioneer innovations from predictive analytics and workforce development to build stronger systems and foster healthier, resilient communities.

HCH is a Federally Qualified Health Center with a $30 million annual operating budget and a staff of over 200 clinicians, social workers, and practitioners serving more than 10,000 patients each year across five locations. Having served as the Immediate Past Board Chair, and currently serving as the Chair of the Governance Committee, MJ helps guide this national model's data-driven mission to provide comprehensive care, advance health equity, and work toward ending homelessness.
National Health IT Collaborative for the Underserved (NHIT)
The transformation of community care relies on equitable access to modern digital infrastructure. Serving as a board director, MJ helps guide NHIT’s mission to leverage advanced technology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital health tools to eliminate health disparities. This leadership focuses on driving the workforce transformation necessary to adopt these tools, ensuring that emerging AI innovations and digital solutions are accessible, inclusive, and effectively deployed to support vulnerable populations nationwide.
